How long have you been with your organization? 1 year.
What is your favorite part of being an Ambassador? Connecting People. I love to have all the fellow Ambassadors as resources and connecting them with business owners. As well as connecting business owners with all of the resources the Alliance has to offer.
What is your single best piece of advice to new members, so they can take full advantage of their membership? Attend member orientation!
Do you have a memorable experience while serving as an ambassador? Ambassador retreats at Robert's lake house.
What is your favorite quote to live by and why? “In everything give thanks." 1 Thessalonians 5:18. I feel we have so much to be thankful for and can never say thank you enough!
What is one thing that others wouldn’t necessarily know? I had a viral TikTok video. It showed my husband cutting my hair after it started falling out during chemo.
What could you give a presentation on or talk about for hours without any preparation? I could talk about my cancer journey and experience while going through treatment.
When I'm not at work I like to? I like to watch my kids play sports - baseball & football!
What is your go-to eating spot? The Farm Basket - the pastrami sandwich.
If you had to eat at one restaurant in the Lynchburg Region for the rest of your life, what would it be? Iron & Ale - the best brussel sprouts!
What is your favorite item you've purchased this year? New Apple watch so I can keep track of my steps.
What are you reading or listening to right now? I wish I had more time to sit down and read. I listen to Audible while driving - currently listening to Gung Ho!
Favorite vacay spot? Dominican Republic - that's where I got married.
What's a fun thing you like to do in the Lynchburg Region? Attend LU/Hillcats baseball games. It's something my whole family enjoys!
